Our panel consists of more than 100 physicians who are Board Certified and encompass many different specialties including but not limited to: Cardiologists, Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitative Physicians, ENT's, Dentists and Chiropractors. Additionally, the panel includes Pharmacists, Legal Nurse Consultants and an Accident Reconstructionist. The experts review the medical records, examine the patient if necessary and are willing to be deposed and provide live medical testimony if needed.
Our legal nurse consultant will assist with identification of the type of expert needed as well as facilitating the process once the particular expert is chosen (i.e. coordination of the deposition, ensuring the deadlines are met for written reports and affidavits).
